PET cups can withstand temperatures up to 160°F while PP cups can withstand temperatures up to 176°F. If you’re working with hot drinks, you’d be safer to choose the PP cups. Otherwise, PP and PET cups are almost indistinguishable from each other.

Quote Request: The process begins with a quote request. Once you request a quote on our site, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for your custom bubble tea cups.

Design: If you approve the quote, we’ll then move to designing your cups. We prefer cup art or logos to be sent over in an Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or encapsulated postscript (.eps) format. We can always convert your design to these formats for you if you are not able to. We can also help design your art free of charge if you don’t have a design ready for your custom cups.

Proof: Once your cup art is delivered to us, we’ll create a proof to show you what your custom bubble tea cups will look like. If you approve the proof, we’ll begin production after your invoice has been paid.

Production & Delivery: As the final step in our production process, our facility will begin printing your cups. We’ll ship your cups straight to you after production is complete.

You can expect cup production to take around 2-3 weeks. The production time varies depending on the time of year, the product ordered, and the size of the order. We’ll always provide you with an estimated order completion date before we begin production.
