Our goal is to make ordering the custom disposable supplies you need easy. We’ve simplified and refined our processes over the years to make ordering plastic cups a painless process for bars and breweries. Our process can be broken down into just four steps.
Quote: Your journey with Budget Branders starts with a free quote request. You’ll simply fill out our online quote request form for the products you’re interested in and a member of our team will get back to you with a production quote.
Design: If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll start working on designing your cups. We’ll use the logo or design you send us to create a mockup of what your cups will look like. We prefer files to be sent in an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or encapsulated postscript (.eps) format, but our team can also help you convert your files if they’re not in that format. Don’t have a design ready for your cups? Our branding experts can work with you to create one at no cost!
Approval & Payment: We’ll send a proof for you to review once the design is finalized. If you approve the proof, we’ll send over an invoice to begin production. We won’t start production until the invoice has been paid in full.
Production & Shipment: Once your invoice has been paid, we’ll begin production on your custom plastic bar cups. Our manufacturing facilities will produce and print your cups and they’ll be shipped straight to you upon completion.

I was a little apprehensive at first because their pricing seemed too good to be true, but now that our cups have arrived, I can assure anyone with similar thoughts that the product quality is excellent! When comparing them to the Solo brand cups we used to buy, I'd say that these from Budget Branders have higher quality printing and better clarity. Jamie was really great to work with and answered all my questions right away. She sent me sample photos of the product I was interested in, and sent a proof before finalizing my order to make sure the logo sizing and color was what we were hoping for. Jamie was also very honest about the extended 8-12 week lead time due to current supply chain issues, and I am happy to report that the cups arrived exactly 9 weeks after we placed our order (sooner than I was expecting!). We use 3 sizes of clear cups at our venue, and I know that when we run low on any of them, I'll be contacting Jamie again to buy more from Budget Branders!
