Budget Branders offers custom napkins in three different sizes: 10” x 10”, 13” x 13”, and 16” x 16”. Each size has a different intended use.
Our 10” x 10” napkins are our cocktail or beverage napkins. These napkins are designed to be placed under drinks to protect your tables from water damage. They typically come in a ¼ fold and are 5” x 5” when folded.
Our 13” x 13” napkins are our lunch napkins. This size of napkin is typically what is used for takeout bags. Restaurants may also use these napkins for dine-in and place silverware on top of the napkins. Our custom lunch napkins are a great option for take-out and fast casual restaurants. They typically come in a ¼ fold and are 6.5” x 6.5” when folded.
Our 16” x 16” napkins are our dinner napkins. The larger size provides enough surface area for you to be able to wrap your silverware within the napkin. Our dinner napkins are commonly purchased by family restaurants and dine-in restaurants. They typically come in a ¼ fold and are 8” x 8” when folded.

The entire process for ordering custom-printed napkins begins with a quote request. Once you submit a quote request form on the site, one of our brand experts will review your request and provide you with a quote for your order.
If the quote looks good and you’d like to move forward, we’ll kick off the design process. We’ll need the logo or design you want to be printed on your napkins sent to us (preferably in a .ai or .eps file format, but we can convert any file type on our end). If you don’t have a design, our team can help you create one at no additional cost.
Once your design is finalized, we’ll work on creating a proof so that you can see what your new custom napkins will look like. We’ll send the proof your way for review and approval. If you approve of the proof, we’ll send you an invoice before beginning production.
Our team will start production of your custom napkins once your invoice is paid in full. We’ll package and ship your napkins straight to your door once we’re done producing your order. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when your order ships.

We can print using Pantone or CMYK colors for our custom napkins, so you can use any color available on the CMYK color wheel, or Pantone Formula Guide Uncoated in your design. We recommend making sure your design has been converted to CMYK or Pantone colors to ensure the colors translate accurately from your screen to the napkins. We can also help you convert your colors if needed.

I was a little apprehensive at first because their pricing seemed too good to be true, but now that our cups have arrived, I can assure anyone with similar thoughts that the product quality is excellent! When comparing them to the Solo brand cups we used to buy, I'd say that these from Budget Branders have higher quality printing and better clarity. Jamie was really great to work with and answered all my questions right away. She sent me sample photos of the product I was interested in, and sent a proof before finalizing my order to make sure the logo sizing and color was what we were hoping for. Jamie was also very honest about the extended 8-12 week lead time due to current supply chain issues, and I am happy to report that the cups arrived exactly 9 weeks after we placed our order (sooner than I was expecting!). We use 3 sizes of clear cups at our venue, and I know that when we run low on any of them, I'll be contacting Jamie again to buy more from Budget Branders!
