The next stage involves creating a proof for your review. If you already possess a logo or design, simply share it with us, and we’ll generate a proof based on your specifications. For optimal results, we recommend providing vector-based .ai or .eps files. However, we gladly accept any file format you have, and our team will convert it at no additional cost.
Step 3
Once your proof is complete, we’ll send it to you for review. Take your time to examine the designs of your new promo cups. If everything meets your satisfaction, we’ll promptly send you an invoice for production.

Our clear cups and stadium cups are both produced with plastic. If you know you want a plastic cup, you may have trouble deciding between the two. There are a few differences between the two different types of cups. The stadium cups are reusable while the clear plastic cups are not. The stadium cups are also available with white plastic while the clear plastic cups are only available with clear plastic. If you want your cups to be reusable, or you want a colored background, you’ll want to choose the stadium cups. Otherwise, clear plastic cups are the more economical option.
Both single wall and double wall paper cups can be used for hot and cold drinks, so you can’t go wrong with either option regardless of the type of beverage you serve. Double wall cups do offer more benefits if you’re serving hot or frozen drinks. The additional layer of paperboard provides extra insulation, which can keep your drinks hot or frozen for longer. Our paper cups are completely recyclable in cities that accept paper products for recycling.

Jamie was really great to work with and answered all my questions right away. She sent me sample photos of the product I was interested in, and sent a proof before finalizing my order to make sure the logo sizing and color was what we were hoping for. Jamie was also very honest about the extended 8-12 week lead time due to current supply chain issues, and I am happy to report that the cups arrived exactly 9 weeks after we placed our order (sooner than I was expecting!).
